    • Dual Core Pentium 4 (or AMD equivalent) with SSE2 instruction set support and X64 architecture.

    • Quad core Intel/AMD or better

Graphics:

  • Minimum
    • DX9 (shader model 3.0) or DX11 with feature level 9.3 capabilities.
  • Recommended

    • Dedicated graphics with at least 2GB video RAM or better

Memory:

  • Minimum
    • 4GB RAM
  • Recommended
    • 8GB RAM or better

Additional Requirements:

  • Headset with directional microphone for best audio experience

  • Inbuilt or External Webcam

Recommended Minimum internet connection

  • Broadband or 4G/LTE connection with 1.5 Mbs-1 down and 0.5 Mbs-1 up

Connecting from behind a firewall

iSee uses real time video and audio necessitating the use of a number of TCP and UDP ports. Some corporate firewalls block these ports.

iSee supports encapsulation mode which will allow it to run behind most firewalls via HTTPS, but if you do experience connection issues please contact iSee VC.
